Eligibility
- Applies to first-time Naqi customers who purchase directly from our website.
- Valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
- Covers one (1) single box or one (1) starter bundle.
- Excludes subscriptions, multipacks, and repeat purchases.
- This policy does not override rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Claim
- Submit the online form or email info@naqi.com.au within 30 days.
- Provide your full name, contact number, order number, and email used for purchase.
- Include clear photos showing the issue with the product.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Naqi reserves the right to verify claims and reject false or incomplete submissions.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for processing.
- Refunds cover the product price only; shipping is non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
